100 Days of Qigong & fun recording
by Pete Bissonette
If you are interested in a breakthrough with your health or energy level, practice Spring Forest Qigong every day for 100 days in a row. It is easier than you might think… a participant at a Spring Forest Qigong retreat talked about her experiences with the 100 Days of Qigong chart. You will chuckle as you listen to her perspective and be motivated to up your practice right away. You can listen to it here.
Last year I wrote a post about our 100 Days of Qigong chart. Here it is:
It doesn’t matter whether you practice Spring Forest Qigong 20 minute three times a week, five minutes a day, or two hours a day—at some level, you always receive benefit. Chunyi Lin says that when you practice Spring Forest Qigong for 100 days in a row, you receive tremendous healing benefits and your practice becomes habit.
Use the free 100 Days of Qigong chart to mark off each day that you practice. Chunyi Lin recommends taking a break on Days 50 and 100. After 100 days of practicing at the same time every day, your channels automatically open during that time even when you miss a day. You will absolutely notice it!
There are many ways that clients have used this chart. Here are some:
- Use this to make a habit of practicing Spring Forest Qigong. After about a month of practice, it will become a habit that can serve you a lifetime. But don’t stop using the chart after a month!
- When you don’t know other practitioners of Spring Forest Qigong, this chart can be a great accountability partner. Commit to yourself, a family member, or a friend that you will practice for 100 days in a row. Mark off each date! Encourage your family and friends to ask you how you’re doing. Feel free to show them your chart.
- You can do any Active Exercise or meditation during your 100 days. You may want to focus on one exercise, maybe “10,000 Hands” from Level 2 to develop your spiritual energy and purify your soul energy, or on one meditation, such as “Small Universe” to physically clear the roots of any sickness, then use this chart to commit to that exercise or meditation. This is how I have used it, and I have found the exercise quite powerful.
- Practice 100 days over one year. Maybe you’re not ready to practice for 100 days in a row, but you are willing to commit to two days a week. Mark each day that you practice, and in one year you would have checked off 100 days of Qigong!
Celebrate your success!
When you finish 100 days of practice, celebrate. Do the jig, go out to a special restaurant, get a massage… anything to mark your great and excellent accomplishment!

P.S. – Today is a great day to begin your 100 days.
