Do "Poison Arrows" wreck your focus?
by Pete Bissonette
Your focus and concentration can be interrupted by poison arrows, according to Marie Diamond, creator of Diamond Feng Shui.
Poison arrows are architectural features, furniture, and pointed objects that aim toward you. They can be the corners of tables or desks or a corner jutting out where two walls meet. They can also be a tall tree, utility pole, or a tower outside of your door or window.
If you have problems with focus, look around you. Cover or hide any poison arrows with cloth, plants, or furniture. You might try repositioning your desk or the poison arrow itself. For an outside poison arrow, hang a convex pakua mirror on the outside of the window or door. These are special 8-sided mirrors used to cure negative energy.
Bookshelves can present a similar problem, because they can create a cutting horizontal energy that disturbs focus. You can remedy this by making sure that all books are flush with the edge of the shelf.
Poison arrows can weaken your body’s energy, so if you are having trouble sleeping, check out your bedroom.
