How long are the audio sets?

The length of the recordings varies from 55 to 72 minutes.

How long will it take to complete the course?

The total listening time is approximately 11.5 hours. However, you will be instructed on frequency and duration of the various techniques you will use as you develop your aura seeing skills. This will involve scheduled gazing at the various charts included in the course and revisiting the meditations, which are an additional component that will enhance and hone your aura seeing skills. You can also use the Aura Seeing Paraliminal to enhance your practice and the Fast Finish recordings to lock in the content of the course at a very deep level. There are specific guidelines in the course for integrating the use of these various components.

What kind of results can I anticipate?
