Practice Spring Forest Qigong With Us

Keeping our bodies, minds, and emotions healthy is an inside job. We need to melt energy blockages and open our channels so we can completely heal.

Let’s do it together. Let’s support each other. We’ll all get through the challenges we face.

It is much easier to keep the news of the day in perspective when our energy is of a higher vibration.

We are more likely to experience happiness, joy, peace, contentment, and gratitude than be drawn into the denser emotions of fear, anxiety, and worry.

We will start at 11:30 a.m. Central Time every weekday. We’ll finish each day at noon.

There will be minimal talking and minimal guidance. We get together to practice. If you haven’t practiced in a while, you may want to watch the video from the Spring Forest Qigong personal learning course. If not, don’t worry, because you can follow along. It’s not about doing it perfectly. As Chunyi Lin says, “Good, better, best.” And no one will see you practice. A few of us from the office are the only ones on camera.
