Hello, how do I know if a paraliminal is working for me? I feel like I go off to sleep, and keep on waking periodically in the session, and then seem to wake up at the end of the session.

How is it supposed to affect me? What is the typical user experience? How do I know that I am changing smile?

Thanks.

Not unusual to feel like you've fallen asleep while listening. It means that you are listening with a deeper level of mind.

What's your listening goal and how is that progressing?

Well, I am currently listening to Natural Brilliance, not sure how much of an impact it has.

These are the immediate issues I would like to tackle: Become very good at public speaking, and develop phenomenal self esteem. It would be great if I could also start singing on stage.

Then overall, these are the behaviors I would like to work on. Overall higher motivation at work, and being successful and happy.

What would you recommend for these?

Thanks.

Pick one and focus on that with the workbook from the Natural Brilliance course.
