Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our main office closes at noon on Friday’s during June, July, and August to allow our staff to enjoy more summer freedom. Our 24-hour order lines are always staffed.
We are closed on major USA holidays. We try to respond to all email within one or two business days. With rare exceptions, all orders are processed within one business day.
We are located 10 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis off Highway I-394 near the Ridgedale shopping area in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Directions:
- Take the Plymouth Road exit from I-394 in Minnetonka. The exit is just east of the intersection with I-494.
- Go south on Plymouth Road .6 miles. (This is a left when coming from downtown Minneapolis; it is a right when coming from I-494.)
- Turn right at the last commercial driveway before the residential area begins. You will see "Learning Strategies" on a monument sign next to the road.
- We are on the third floor.
(If you are coming from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport or the Mall of America, travel west on I-494 to the I-394 exit. Go east on I-394 to the first exist, which is Plymouth Road. Then, follow the instructions above. Depending on the traffic, we are 20-40 minutes from the Airport.)
