Pathway to Freedom with Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati

Pathway to Freedom:
How to feel happy nearly all of the time

SadhviYes, that is possible, and one of the preeminent spiritual teachers in the world, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati, will guide you on your Pathway to Freedom.

“Our deepest Self is expansive love and joy,” says Sadhvi.

“So, why don’t people feel happy?” she asks.

Because our lives are clouded by our individual stuck patterns of thinking… because of getting caught up in the drama of life… because of the turmoil of negative emotions… because of being obsessed with possessions and wealth… and fear, distractions, limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, grudges, judgement, self-doubt, and craving.

“When you can anchor yourself in your inner core of joy, the choppy waves of life will calm down and dissipate,” says Sadhvi. “You peel back the layers of suffering and discover lasting peace and happiness. That’s freedom.”

8 weeks on the Pathway to Freedom
Begins Tuesday, August 17

“In a way unique to you, you can experience a personal transformation and healing, as I was blessed with on the Ganges River in India,” says Sadhvi speaking of her awakening.

Through her weekly teachings and meditations in this live training, you will explore and experience:

Week 1
Freedom from Fear and Stress

Most people don’t realize how much stress they have in their lives until they let some of it go. Then, seemingly amazingly, they find themselves able to move through the world with more ease, joy, grace, and freedom.  Their friends and family notice a more relaxed demeanor, lighter facial expressions, and less tension in their voice. Life changes.

Week 2
Freedom from the Monkey Mind

The nature of the mind is to wander. It goes where it wants. Today you will learn to find stillness in the mind. Maybe not completely, but you will find enough stillness to know that something deep has shifted. You will likely find you are not as easily distracted by daily struggles, drama, and the ups and downs of life.

In stillness, your happiness will rise and expand.

Week 3
Freedom from Addiction and Craving

You might be craving attention, success, a cocktail, potato chips, a spouse, or any number of things.

What’s common among them? They all are directed toward what is outside of you.

If you could find a wellspring of peace and happiness within, would the outside stop drawing you to distraction and perhaps destruction?

Yes.

Today you will learn why you crave, why you give in to cravings, and you’ll learn exactly how to deal with cravings and addictions—and keep them from running your life.

Week 4
Freedom from Limiting Beliefs

Who are you? The high school teacher? The one who looks like a supermodel? The one that everyone likes? The tennis player?  The artist? The cook?

Those are definitions of who you might “think” you are or who you “believe” you are.

Those definitions separate you from others.

But wait a minute. Aren’t we all One? All connected? If so, those definitions are not real definitions of who you are. They are created by your “ego,” and other people buy into it or not. Those definitions are not your true self.

They are not bad, of course, but they do limit you. They keep you from truth and freedom.

In this session you will discover who you really are and swim in the river of true awareness.

Week 5
Freedom from Negative Emotions

Control over emotions comes when you are able to anchor into something that is deeper and more stable than any negative emotion. Emotions such as anger, jealousy, sadness, rage, loneliness, and annoyance ebb and flow. They distract you from freedom.

Today you will tap into your natural state of peace and happiness, so the other emotions dissipate.

Week 6
Freedom from Conflicts

So much baggage comes from how you present yourself to others. It doesn’t matter whether you are that high school teacher, the gorgeous one, the likeable one, the tennis player, the artist, or the cook.

Conflict arises when you identify with the “false self” and find that your “false identity” is in “conflict” with others’ false identities. There is nothing wrong with being the teacher, artist, cook, etc., as long as you are aware of your true self.

When you start living as your true self, conflicts fall away. You’ll experience that today.

Week 7
Freedom from Grudges

The key to our highest peace and joy is forgiveness. Forgiving someone does not mean what the other person did is okay. Forgiveness means, “I deserve to be free.”

No one can keep you stuck and suffering, other than you.

In this session you’ll hold forgiveness in your heart and feel freedom, perhaps beyond what you dreamed possible.

Week 8
Freedom from Judgement and Self-Doubt

Judgement is actually quite useful. Judging the speed of an approaching car can keep you from getting squished.  Judging the height of a branch can keep you from getting bruised. Judging how someone will return your serve, can help you win a tennis match. Judging the opinion of a co-worker, can help you finish a project ahead of schedule.

Judgement turns into a disease when it becomes the filter through which you see life and those you share in life. It is particularly not good when you turn judgement inward on yourself.

During this session Sadhvi will guide you through letting go of judgement and self-doubt, and feeling unending freedom and possibility.

Why Sadhvi?
Why is she best for you?

Someone asked me why they should take a program by Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati when there are so many teachers on the internet today.

I always say to learn from the best, learn from those who experience day in and day out what you want in your life.

There’s another important reason to be with Sadhvi. Most of her students are in-person in India, with a population of over 1 billion people. She is on the ground working one-on-one with people in person as well as in large groups. She is one of the spiritual leaders people of India turn to. She knows the suffering, and she knows the pathway out. That’s why the program is called Pathway to Freedom.

Originally from Los Angeles and a graduate of Stanford University, Sadhvi has lived on the banks of the sacred Ganges River, in the lap of the Himalayas for nearly 25 years engaged in spiritual service, wisdom teaching, sacred action, and deep spiritual practice.

At Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, where she lives most of the year, she gives daily spiritual discourses (satsang), teaches meditation, provides spiritual counseling and mentoring, and oversees a myriad of charitable and humanitarian activities.

Parmarth Niketan is one of the largest and most well-known ashrams in India. An ashram is like a monastery.

Sadhvi has a PhD in psychology and was the managing editor for the monumental project of the 11-volume Encyclopedia of Hinduism.

Additionally, Sadhvi serves as:

* Secretary-General of the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance, an international interfaith organization dedicated to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).

* President of Divine Shakti Foundation, a foundation which runs free schools, vocational training programs, and empowerment programs.  100% of her earnings from Pathway to Freedom will go to the foundation, just as 100% of the royalties of her new bestselling book, Hollywood to the Himalayas.

* Director of the world-famous International Yoga Festival at Parmarth which has been covered in Time Magazine, CNN, New York Times and other prestigious publications.

Sadhvi’s teachings blend the knowledge and logic of the West with the insights, spirituality, and wisdom of the East. She is renowned as a spiritual bridge between the two cultures.

She has spoken at several United Nations events, including with the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of the UN, and at many high-level international conferences and summits.

She has been featured in CNN, New York Times, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, BBC, NPR, Times of India, Dainik Jagran, and many other renowned news networks.

Sadhvi has received numerous national and international awards and recognition for her work with Water, Sanitation and Hygiene as well as women’s upliftment and empowerment including from the Cabinet Minister of Water Resources, Government of India, and the Ambassador of the United States to India.

She often meets with world leaders and has had audiences with the Dalai Lama and Pope Francis.

She recently spoke at the summer meeting of the Transformational Leadership Council, where I first met her in 2016. Her meditations have been some of the deepest and most beautiful I’ve experienced.

Of the billions of people
on the planet
why are you special?

The freedom you are about to experience first-hand is unbeknown to the vast majority of our fellow human beings.

That’s so weird, because freedom is at the core of every one of us. We all have it. It’s simply been crusted over from the experiences of life.

Go outside and gaze on the first person you see. They likely have no idea of the freedom available to them. They are stuck in the suffering of life. “I’m not good enough.” “I’m stupid.” Circumstances influence them. Emotions control them.

And if that describes you, you’ll be giving it up in the coming eight weeks. Journey with Sadhvi. She is the perfect mentor for you. She will help you bring peace and happiness into every aspect of your life including your work, your family and friends, and your dealings with all circumstances you encounter.

Enroll right now. You’ll receive information on how to connect by email. Plus, we will send you a reminder on the day before each session. We’ll do everything to support your freedom. Simply raise your hand and say you want to be free.
