Dear Alex

Please can you say if I have kicked myself out of a Paraliminal? I was listening on my way somewhere & had to get off the train & then tried again & 5 minutes later tried again & wasn't able to concentrate. I finished listening to it but very badly.

What shall I do now please? Am I locked out of the Paraliminal?

Please forgive my repeated questions & thank you for all the support & guidance you offer us in these forums.

Listen again another time. If you quit part way through because something came up, let it go it happens. Ideally listen when you won't be disturbed for the duration.

If I were interrupted (as in kicked off the train before a scheduled stop and missed out finishing the Paraliminal) I'd leave it and listen to it for sleep learning that night. Since I'd leave at least 20 minutes before starting the session again.

Remember Paraliminal listening experiences can be unique. Sometimes you get so into the listening it was like a breath of fresh air and others you just cannot relax into. I means you're human and probably need a break.
