Thank you. smile
Why does Automatic pilot A say: "if you're unsure or have inert all conflicts, listen to Auto pilot A for a few days...". Does this mean to listen to side A without intention, so as to clear the doubts about achieving results or to make the goal clearer?
Also, can you set an interior just verbally?

PS. can you set an intention just verbally also sometimes when you are not able to know or feel?

When you start listening to a Paraliminal you usually do have some sort of an intention. It's great if you now what kind of outcome you desire. It's a little like the decision to look what the houses look like in "that" area just to decide if maybe you'd like to live there because you're no longer happy where you are.

So if you're vague about your listening purpose that's fine, that's why you listen for a few days, 'to decide if you'd like to look at the market prices after looking at the area'.

It's doesn't hurt to use the Paraliminal to help you clarify what you want your intention to be.

If one thinks they are not getting results from listening to Paraliminals they are often overlooking what they are developing in the way of helping you get clear about what you really desire.

Yes you can set an intention with just words. Like an intention to "feel more confident when presenting to a group. Even if I don't know what that feeling is yet." So now your desired outcome is to come closer and better at recognising your confidence in that situation. Once you recognise a feeling it of course becomes easier to trigger it again in the future by remembering that feeling.

If one doesn't ask questions how does one get answers? Even if the answer comes from within, you need to ask a question to retrieve it.
