Hi there,

I've noticed that it's very difficult for me to get air into my belly during the walkabout paraliminal sessions. It feels like I have a vice around my belly, and I can't seem to release the tension.

Is there something I can do to improve this or is it just a matter of daily practice?

Thanks in advance,

Cam

I suggest focusing on breathing out fully. Though do not try t force the breathing. Find the rhythm with progress.
