Any users of the Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity system found creative ways to combine it with the memory optimizer? I've been using GTD seriously for the past several years

Are you trying to remember what you need to get done?

One of the basic pieces of the GTD system is getting things you need to keep track of out of your head and into a trusted system where they will be accessible and if necessary you will be reminded of them when you need to. Usually this is done with paper and files or with one of the million web-based GTD apps but I wondered if it might make sense for me to combine it with memory

The question is, have you tried it and did it make sense for you?
