I have a messy person who wants to become more neat and tidy. (They're messy not dirty) They think the root causes are:
1. low self esteem
2. control issue from domineering parents
3. high tolerance to messiness, there's a point where they will clean their place when it gets too messy but it becomes cluttered after a week or two
4. and simply not putting things away when they are finished with them
I'm thinking
1. Self esteem supercharger for a week or so
2. Break the habit to install putting things back in place then
3. Get around to it
What to use for the high tolerance to messiness? Parent issues? Any thing else? I have the Ultimate You library they can choose from.
