Currently I struggle with motivation in my lawn care business that I started. The days I work I make quite a but of money which in turn has me feeling intimidated most days when I plan to go to work.

What is the science and proven techniques of motivation? Should I create a vision board, listen to paraliminals, schedule my day the day before etc. Today I scheduled my day but I still didn't go out.

Your first sentence strikes me as a conflict of self image rather than motivation. Don't you feel you deserve the money for your effort?
