Wondering what the difference is between New Action Generator and Natural Brilliance? (They both help you get unstuck, right?)

Also, would Recover and Reenergize help with jet lag?

Thank you!

Natural Brilliance is a course that consist of 6 Paraliminals that help you break through personal stop signs. Getting through the thinking that holds you back from taking action that you know you could do. Those things that you put off waiting for when the time is right.

New Action Generator helps you

Notice a wider range of situations and opportunities that make the best choices easier.
Create a behavior that initiates a positive chain of events in your life.
Engage in actions that bring profound benefits to you.
Generate possibilities and experience them.
Replace behaviors that do not support you.
Notice concrete indicators that let you know you are succeeding.
Confidently rely on new and wonderful resources.
Identify the specific actions or habits you want to make your own.
Stay focused on the rewards for making choices and taking action.

Is it better than the Natural Brilliance course? Not necessarily. Sometimes you need to dig deeper to work through what is holding you back and you know what you should be doing and aren't doing it. That's where I'd work with Natural Brilliance.

If you are looking for new habits, new things you can do and know you're on the right path while you're doing it. New Action Generator is your guide.

It would help. Listen before the trip and at the destination. I like to ground myself at the destination with some Qigong as well. I notice that I switched time zones more comfortably when I do.

Thank you, Alex.

Another question, please. Which paraliminal would be good when you're not sure of your direction in life?

Thanks again.
