Notice first how you go using them as advised in the booklet before trying to create multiple Sleep Learning track loops. I especially recommend that you've used the Paraliminal in a regular fashion first before rushing to sleep learning.
Allow at least 20 minute between each Paraliminal session. I have actually found 24 hours between session when working on one goal works best. Especially on Paraliminals that have two sessions. Sometimes the second session is redundant after 24 hours or I've uncovered something that helps me adjust my listening session and I may repeat a session with my new purpose.
