In the written instructions accompanying the Paraliminals, you are instructed to let the voices in each ear wash over you without focusing on one or the other. However, in some of the Paraliminals you are given specific instructions to "Remember a time in your life when..." and then to return to a time immediately before that event. This involves focusing your conscious mind on an event in the past. Yet to my understanding from the written instructions accompanying the Paraliminals, listening does not involve any conscious effort? Please could somebody clarify this for me?

Thanks and Kind Regards

When you notice it you'll follow it. The question alerts the conscious mind if it's prepared to participate. If you don't notice the question, then trust that you mind is handling it anyway. And you probably already thought of it at the beginning of the session when you considered your purpose.
