I'm left handed and I always wonder if I should listen with my stereo headphones in reverse since brain science says left handers brains process things the opposite of right handers.

Or is this an over simplification and am I over thinking this.

Nope. Being left handed does not mean there is a brain reversal. It only occurs in one in 4 left handed people that there is a reversal. In most other cases you'll find left handed people are dominant in creative thinking, actors, artist and the like which is means the right brain is still the creative brain (left side of the body is controlled by right brain)

Just listen is normal left and right. For a different listening experience, just for the fun of it, everyone can switch the headphones around.
