It's an interesting concept... but how do you measure it in a reliable way?

I'm thinking that they might be measuring how happy people SHOULD be with all the perks listed in the article. Yes, it does seem hard to accurately measure, but as you say, nice concept.
Ahh ... J'amie Francais, et yet another reason to love that Language.
