Perhaps once daily for a month. Also PhotoRead any teaching material, grammar books etc. When it comes to novels, start with those aimed at pre-teen and teenage novels. They tend to use more colloquial language in the way it is spoken. Since language is auditory, immerse yourself. Going to the country is a good way to immerse yourself. Alternatively find some programs like soap operas or serial programs on radio and TV. They again use every day language of the natives. Excellent source for learning. Alex

Alex ‘PR the translation dictionary’---how to do it? All the 5 steps of PR? Especially in step 5 activation, how to activate a dictionary?

Whether you activate is up to you. You'll probably notice activation happening without returning to the book. Alex
