Thanks Nickie for getting back to me. I'm going to keep listening to the CD for a while and try out some of the others too. Hopefully, it'll start working for me. I hope my mind is just not too stubborn for it. That wouldn't be good.

Hi Guys and Gals,
have any of you have used this cd for gaining muscle mass?i dont have a problem with losing body fat but i am underweight.thanks and take care sincerly,

For some reason, I'm just getting around to reading your question. I haven't used this CD yet (but I'm contemplating it), but I thought I'd share how starting a fitness or diet routine sometimes works for me--your post reminded me of some of the experiences I've had in the past.

As soon as I decide to "get with the program" I tend to...well, not really OVER eat, but eat things that I know won't be included once I've officially started. Sometimes it's not even foods I really like that much--potato chips, ice cream, brownies, etc. But I crave them, and I find that if I do eat them, poof--cravings are gone, and I can officially start.

The "pig out" part only lasts about a day, and I'm not sure if it's the reason why, but after I sort of get it out of my system, I don't have a problem staying with the fitness or diet program. After eating the junk food, healthy food tastes soooo good!

*And note, it's the same with fitness programs in a way--they are usually preceded by a day or a few days playing couch potato--and then I'm ready to go!
