Hi all.

I just finished Day One of the Photoreading 5-day plan, and started getting a funny pressure-like feeling in my forehead. Has anyone else had this similar feeling after trying PR for the first time?

I'm guessing it's a sign that it's working!

Drink more water. The brain is working and it's an interesting sensation. Make sure you drink plenty of water because you are processing more.
