Hi! I usually don't stray far from the Spring Forest QiGong threads, but I got bored and saw this link so here is a little something to give you a boost and get you fired up...
This isn't from any 'particular program' but rather a snippet from the book
Quantum Psychology by Stephen Wolinsky. It's a fantastic read and assists oneself into getting to the core of Yourself. (at some point, I'd love to develop my own Meditation CD's--after I get a demo put together, I'll look into publishing, etc)
Anyways, enough on that...here's the goods.
Quantum Contemplation
Contemplate that since you can observe time, you are seperate from and exist not in time. For example, notice that you feel that you have never changed. Or consider, that as you look in the mirror the person seems older, but you seem unchanged.
Quantum Exercise 29
"Look into a mirror and be the observer. Notice that the person has changed in time. Notice that if you don't use your memory, you experience yourself as unchanged."
In doing this, you'll pretty quickly delve into a abstract, unchangeable state of mind. You can't figure out this state intellectually, but you can *KNOW* it. Trust this timeless aspect of Yourself and lovingly choose to ask it to open you to ALL Knowledge. The effect may be subtle at first, but in "time" (pun intended) and with practice, you'll be well on your way to Grand Mastery and Beyond.
Love and Light.
