I am dealing with a painful breakup, or the aftermath of one. I am unsure of which paraliminals may be useful in the circumstances. I have realised a pattern of emotionally shutting down, or shutting people out in all my past relationships.
I have been using session B positive relationships.
I want to break this habit, but also release the guilt I feel from doing this in the last relationship. Any suggestions would be much appreciated on which paraliminals to use.
