Hello,

I have just started learning SFQ level 1. I have watched the DVD Your Healing Power and loved the six healing sounds. Does anyone have any suggestions on using the sounds? Can I meditate with them as a mantra? I would love any feedback or to hear of experiences people have had with them.

You can chant them. It's nice to have the chant playing softly in the background of your meditation room, or house.
