A relative has severe pain from bruised ribs. Questions:
1. Do any of you know of someone with painful bruised ribs whose pain was reduced with Spring Forest Qigong?
2. What are recommended SFQ practices to reduce pain of bruised ribs?

1. Not personally, no.

2. The meditations and active exercises will help. Show them the level 1 video and do the exercises with them, (if you can convince them to do so, sometimes people are skeptical) by the time they go through the whole set, the pain will be gone. Of course, the pain might temporarily intensify momentarily while practicing, this is because it's being released.
