Hi,

Will still water work as a cure or activation if the water is in a fully enclosed metal or plastic container?

Hmmm, I suppose it would as aquariums are sometimes fully enclosed and they are sometimes recommended as a cure/activation.

Also metal should enhance the water and I think plastic is considered a water element in DFS. Is that right?

What is the impression given by the enclosed container? When coming into the room, and I seeing it and thinking oh, there is a transparent container of water there, or am I seeing a metal bottle?

An aquarium can be still water, depending on the amount of fish/movement going on in it. Of course looking at it, you see it as a bunch of water.
