A new way I am practicing is going to the cliffs above the Pacific Ocean in San Francisco.
I walk for awhile absorbing the energy of the ocean. Then I stop and do some SFQG. Then I walk some more. I keep this pace up for about 30 minutes
and then finish with about 10 minutes of SFQG.
At the end, I feel wonderful.
Blessings to all.
Don

That sounds like a great SFQ training method. Thanks for sharing that. On a related note: sometimes when I am too tired to do a "full set", or is I am sick, but know that doing SFQ will help, I do something similar by alternating shorts burst of SFQ alternating with either short naps, lying down meditations (including listening to some of Master Lin's guided meditations and/or SFQ Paraliminals or other Paraliminals.
