hi guys,
I've read the PR-book from Paul Scheele. I think I can the first three steps quite good, but I don't understand how to do the Activation (fourth step). I don't feel somethin when I am activating or the other things the members are talking from. I even don't understand how to activate with mindmaps...
I would be very happy if someone of you helps me.
You know my father doesn't belives that you can PR a book(, actually there is no one who belive this here in Germany).
and please try not to take very hard words I'm not sure if I can understand them all...

Not until you master it well, can you really 'believe it' and so it should be otherwise it is just another 'religious prejudice based upon belief'.

Same goes for everything else and everyone else.

However, 'believe well in your own Self', that is where religion belongs anyway.

Reread the book and practice a lot more.

And then feel more along the lines of 'allowing' as in feminine energy when it comes to 'activation'.

I ran into that problem with others and proved them wrong some are still in denial. That's why I always tell people "be careful who you tell because they alot of people will try and might plant a bad seed in your head" Activation-consider it like a Ahha moment, we all had them remember a problem you had in the answer just spontaneous came to you out the blue? Mindmapping aids in your visual thinking, memory and helps your brain build a structure of the material. Once you get into photoreading more keep your mindmaps (I put mine in the first pages of my books) down the line if you want to go back over the book review your mindmap you will be suprised out much infomation comes back to you.

Good advice CPW1, I actually rely almost entirely on what I guess is called 'direct learning' and do very little in the way of employing activation techniques except to pass through the material and meditate on what catches my eye, much as in 'dipping'.

Thats mainly what I do Yukala is Direct Learning people look at me strange in the book store when they see me Look at the front page, back page, index and read the table of contents and flip through the book put it down in keep walking I still wonder when the day will come when a Photoreader sees me or I see another Photoreader.

I do the same, except I sit at a nice table and just Photoread it and then put it back, unless the buy is compelling because of having so much needed detail such as in electrical engineering or in software programming. I still refer to them as I plan out and engage my hands in the work.

But mostly I study the pictures, no kidding and secondly the glossaries as commons terms change meaning one discipline to the other. It gets to be like dealing with many different professional or industry based dialects, still in English but just try explaining the concepts to another person not lettered in the subject without stopping to explain the more exact meaning of 'terminology'.

Thank you very much for reponsing...
I'll keep practising.
But what should I do when I am doing the mindmap or when I am asking myself? Should I think about the question or only wait until the answer comes up?

I find that hard to believe. We have a number of excellent PhotoReading instructors in Germany and the PhotoReading book is available in German.

Phil13.... Check your purpose. If your purpose is clear the questions you need to ask the book start forming for you.

excuse me if I didn't form it out clearly. I meant that here is no one who I know or who others know hao to photoread.
I read the book in German and what I didn't really understood is the activation. the most who I know didn't understand this.
and I don't know some German Photoreaders. It would be easier to learn it in a group, I am sure, but I don't know anyone...

Hi phil13!

Yes, I imagine it would be a uncommon thrill and advantage to 'learn it in a group'.

The best fellowship I could find is right here in this forum.

Many blessings and let's keep the dialog going.
