I was planning on working on this problem myself because I don't know anyone else to work with this on me.

The way I understand it, I'm supposed to open up 4 areas on my head by using sword fingers. I've used sword fingers to open up C7 and the base of my head but never on the top of the head, and forehead.

The procedure said not to put any energy into areas until all areas are opened. Does that mean I'm just supposed to use sowrd fingers and pull out blockages of the 4 areas and then add energy?

The was I understand the top of the head is I'm supposed to pull energy out from the side. What about when I use sword fingers, is that from the side also? Should I also add energy to the Side?

Since the forehead is close to the top of the head am I supposed to open that up the same way as like the C7?

So basicaly do I open the 4 areas on my head then add some energy to the 4 areas and then use sword fingers on my teeth?

I know I'm not supposed to put energy into my teeth.
