Your choice.

Superread/dip is a form of activation very similar to Rapid reading with one exception.

That exception being that Rapid reading has you going thought the entire text whereas Superread/dip is based on sections that draw you.

Doing both complement one another.

I can't imagine you would get anywhere near the benefit of Mind Probing/SuperReading & Dipping/Mind Mapping if you simply used speed reading for activation.

Try both and let us know your results.

I found Super Reading & Dipping to be the best technique to see the whole page at one time and pick up only the meaningful text that is of any value.

SuperRead/Dip has not sunk in for you. Right? It's too abstract still.

Why not let go of speed reading for a few weeks and just attempt to get a feel for SuperRead/Dip. If you don't feel comfortable w/ it, then go back to speed reading.

If you do feel comfortable, then why not compare them as Dana has mentioned. But, at this time, i just don't think you have figured out how to do SuperRead/Dip stuff. It took me a lot of layering and attempts to figure it out for myself. It was the hardest part of the whole mind system for me to grasp. It made me finally face up to my total lack of innate trust to know where to stop.

But, Pete's Contest, changed a lot of things for me. I learned to just watch my body or just get out of my head for SuperRead/Dip stuff. It's similar to instincts. You just don't need to tell your instincts what to do.
