Often on the Monday afternoon and Wednesday evening group healing calls, Chunyi Lin will ask you to invite others to join you in the meditation. He asks you to imagine them flying to your home from wherever they are and sitting right next to you. They too will receive healing benefit.
Consider doing this every time you practice whether you are doing the Active Exercises or a meditation by yourself. Take a moment to invite everyone you know who could use healing energy. One by one, see them in your mind, invite them to join you, and imagine them next to you.
If you have more friends than space, don’t worry! They can all sit in one chair or stand and practice with you in one place. There is plenty of room on the level of energy.
When you are finished with your practice, thank them for joining you. And watch them one by one leave for their homes.
I have heard dozens of stories from clients where their friends and family members noticed substantial improvements in their conditions. One time a client listened to the Small Universe meditation while her mother suffered from a serious headache. By the time the client was finished with the 30-minute meditation, the mother’s headache was gone.
