This past weekend 440 folks came to our home for a feast of the body, mind, and spirit we called “Four Masters.”
Paul Scheele, Chunyi Lin, Marie Diamond, and Jeddah Mali led everyone through an exploration of stepping into the journey of mastery around the topics of:
- IQ/Open Mind/Brain/Learning/Success
- EQ/Open Heart/Emotions/Love/Relationship
- PQ/Open Will/Physical/Body/Health
- SQ/Presencing Spiritual Connection/Unity/Spiritual Development
Shawn Grim snapped most of the photos below. He runs the AV at our bigger events and moderates the Spring Forest Qigong discussion forum on our website. Can you find me in the photo with some of the staff doing our version of the “Charlie’s Angels” pose?

Well, with all those people, I found myself (from the back) in two photos – woo hoo! Awesome weekend – great masters – masterful support – inspired and blessed participants! Hugs all around!
Over the period of my life I’ve attended many activities such as the one this past weekend. Many, including and especially this one, have been wonderful. But I don’t believe I’ve ever come away from any of the other events with the amount of practical wisdom I received this past weekend. All four of the presenters were great. And Learning Strategies staff were extremely supportive of the entire process. I will definitely attend such an event with Learning Strategies in the future.
My take-home message – short form of what the entire event meant to me:
This is not something we GET, this is something we ARE.
Longer form (this is from Jeddah’s first Seeds Meditation):
“Notice the stream of awareness and be conscious.
Be conscious awareness.
And notice that conscious awareness is not dependent on age or ability or education.
It is not EARNED, we do not need to DESERVE it.
It is not dependent on us being an EARNEST SEEKER.
This is not something we GET, this is something we ARE.

Given freely in each moment.

The weekend conference was the most overwhelming, soul touching and memorable experience that I have ever had and will be touched by it for a very, very long time. The world would be a better place if it would listen to the teachings of the 4 Masters and David young’s music.
This was the Most Outstanding Event I’ve experienced to date. Of course, Jeddah Mali helped me reach a place at which it could have such an impact. All the Cast and Crew Together just sent the Outcome Over the Top! I left feeling so equipped and empowered to maintain the state I experienced there and create the happy, peace-filled and contributing life I’ve always wanted. And in these 1st days I am definitely more confident and effective than I was before the weekend. Thank You ALL.
My daughter and I had a lovely experience. We will remember it for a long, long time.

I wish there were more pictures. There were 430 participants over 2 days and only 45 pictures. Hardly worth doing the survey.

The weekend was beyond fabulous. The photographer could use some practice….. mainly get in close (or get a long lens). You need more light– either flash or maybe you can color-balance it in Photoshop…..
