Intuitive inspiration will guide you in what you need to do to manifest your vision. When you ask what the next step in manifesting your vision or goal, take the question inside and meditate by stilling the intellect and focusing on a single point. Going inside merges the conscious mind with the infinite wisdom available to us all, what has been the called the “superconscious,” “universal intelligence,” or the “sea of awareness.” From the pool of greater wisdom communicated through your intuition, your answers will come.
Key to intuition is interpreting the signals. Intuition is not a thought but a knowing, an awareness. It comes just before any thoughts or emotions, before your intellect or thinking mind gets involved.
It is one thing to become consciously aware of pictures, sounds, and feelings. It is another to perceive the inner knowing that created the pictures, sounds, and feelings. Because the communication of your intuition can be subtle, perceiving the messages of your inner knowing requires you to engage your sensitivity and quiet your mind.
Practice being still and listening. If you have a recording device, capture your intuitive insights on it. Bring a specific question to mind, a question about what your next step may be on the choice you are brining into focused attention. Sit in a meditative pose on the floor with your legs crossed and a cushion beneath you, or in a chair, or on a bed without crossing your arms. Close your eyes and breath in a steady way—deeply and evenly. Think of the word “relax” repeating in a space behind your eyes. Release any tensions from the body. Take your mind to areas of tension and think of those muscles relaxing and letting go to become pleasantly warm and light. Quiet the mind by withdrawing your outward senses and moving inward. You may choose to follow your breath up and down your spine.
After a few minutes of centering yourself, when you are in deep contact with the superconscious, the infinite intelligence within, bring your question to mind and observe the response. Record a verbal description of the images, feelings, and thoughts that occur to you. Speak rapidly and describe your observations in great detail. Even if what you perceive might not make sense on a conscious level, describe everything as rapidly and fully as you can. When you get an answer, gently open your eyes and write down your understanding of the answer to your question. Feel free to playback your recording and make notes on anything that occurs to you as you listen.
You may want to do the same procedure again the following day. Sometimes the fullness of the answer comes clear to the conscious mind during the second or third sessions. When it does, you will know. As you get more familiar with how your intuition communicates, your guidance will come faster and clearer. Your infinite intelligence and its communication through intuition are always available to you. Each time you go through this process, you communicate with your conscious awareness.
The Labyrinth Experience Paraliminal from the Abundance for Life will guide you through a process to connect with the higher wisdom of your intuitive knowing.

Thank you for this. I have really started to notice how my intuition guides me and brings attention to situations around me. This idea of meditating and asking intuition to give us answers is something I really want to start implementing daily into my life. Thanks for the idea.
This listening to ourselves – so important. And so hard for many of us. I like what you say aobut coming to a knowing. In other words, we don’t THINK this is the best next step. We have a knowing of what to do.
So often we are told we can be or do anything we want – they hard thing is often connecting deeply to ourselves so we can even head in the right direction.
Thanks for this entry – one more encouragement to listen ever more to inside knowing, intuition.
Thank you for the synchronicity! I’ve had my name for over half a century and only just twigged to my mother’s intuitive wisdom in choosing it for my arrival so close to Christmas. What just came to me: “The play of my voice is my guide in the dark”.
