		<description>this is fantastic, I really, really wish that I&#039;d kown about this when I was at university.  Mind mapping helped me through many a physiology paper but this would have been even better for exams.  I&#039;ve been using another brain training course called Brain Tune, full of exercises with my Nana, who is very forgetful, it&#039;s called Brain Tune and has helped her, and me, enormously.  I still make lists every day though.  Brain exercise is so important for a healthy brain and I&#039;ll get her onto the ABC&#039;s tonight!
