I want to share a very cool experience I had with the new Infinite Grace course, which is the third and final volume of Jeddah Mali’s Changing the Paradigm Series. The first two volumes are Seeds of Enlightenment and Embracing Freedom.

Jeddah’s method is unique in that learning and transformation comes primarily through meditations. She wants us to actually experience universal consciousness and not just have an intellectual understanding of it.

As you do her work, you become aware of how energy moves through your body. You become aware of your energy centers and your energy bodies. You see how they interact with each other, and you see how they interact with the rest of the universe in ways that will impact your daily life.

I’ve become quite good at sensing my energy.

When I listened to one of the Infinite Grace meditations directly from the studio, I noticed my fifth energy center was strong. When I listened to one of the other meditations my seventh was strong. I thought this was unusual, because at those points in the meditations we hadn’t done anything specifically that would have boosted those centers.

Then I learned about something that Jeddah did. She energetically encoded the nine meditations with higher frequencies to encourage your practice to incorporate the frequencies of the fifth, sixth, and seventh.

The first three meditations are encoded with the fifth, the second three with the sixth, and the final three with the seventh. And it worked!
