Retreat Dates

Saturday, August 11, 2007 - 7 to 9 pm - Welcome Party!

Sunday, August 12, 9 am - Retreat begins

Thursday, August 16, 4:30 pm - Retreat ends

Your tuition includes a single-occupancy room for Saturday through Wednesday night.

Meals and breaks are provided from Sunday morning through lunch on Thursday.

The Retreat will be held at the beautiful Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Plymouth, Minnesota. It is located fifteen minutes west of downtown Minneapolis and about 35 minutes from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).

Tuition: $2980

Make a refundable deposit of $280 today. Do you qualify for a greater savings?
Save $400 today when you make your deposit. If you attended the last PhotoReading Retreat in 2004, your savings will be automatically increased to $740 today.

Double-Occupancy Discount: $200, when you share a room with another Retreat participant. If you do not specify a roommate, we will try to find one for you.

Family Member Discount: You and your family member will each save $100.

Terms of Your Enrollment

Tuition Due

Full payment of all tuition and room/board is due no later than 30 days in advance of the Retreat unless other arrangements are made within 10 business days of making a deposit or first payment. We will automatically charge the same credit card that you use to make the deposit. If you want us to put the balance on a different credit card or series of credit cards, just let us know.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your enrollment in writing within 10 business days of making the first payment (deposit). Everything paid will be refunded.

If you cancel in writing between 10 business days after making the first payment (deposit) and 60 days before the event, you will pay a $280 cancellation fee to cover our expenses.

If you cancel in writing 30 to 60 days before the event, you will pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tuition and room/board for the event. This fee can be applied to any similar event sponsored by Learning Strategies within two years.

If you cancel in writing within 30 days before the event, you will pay a cancellation fee equal to the total tuition and room/board for the event. This fee can be applied to any similar event sponsored by Learning Strategies within two years.

To accommodate your special needs, we can adjust the cancellation periods if you request it in writing within the first 10 business days of making a deposit or first payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your experience at the retreat, you can make a written request within 30 days for a refund of $1000. The non-refundable portion includes your room and board and other expenses of the Retreat.

Participation in all activities is voluntary!

Release

Portions or all of the event may be photographed and/or video/audio taped. You give permission to us to use your voice or likeness with no remuneration.
