The second seminar is three days of Advanced Feng Shui that Marie is preparing especially for our staff and she is allowing us to invite select clients.

Tuition:
The first seminar is one day of Landscape Feng Shui, which is free tuition to everyone who has the Diamond Edition of her course. If you do not have it, please call us to discuss upgrading.
Advanced Feng Shui - $1400
(Room & board not included.)
Feng Shui Consultants have attended Marie's private training for over $2,000. She is allowing us to charge a lower tuition, because she wants to train our staff.
It gets better. April 3rd is the last day of the Early Bird Discount. If you enroll with a $280 deposit before April 3, you will receive a $400 discount, lowering the tuition to $333 a day for these extraordinary days. (Deposits are refundable for 10 business days -- this gives you plenty of time to make arrangements. No refunds are given within 10 days of the seminars.)
You do not have to attend both seminars. If you only enroll in the Bonus Day Landscape Feng Shui seminar, you will still have to make a $280 deposit. This deposit will be refunded on the day of the seminar unless you do not show up. (We require a deposit, because often people will sign up for a free program but do not show up! We only want you to enroll if you are indeed coming.)

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your enrollment in writing within 10 business days of making the first payment (deposit). Everything paid will be refunded.
If you cancel in writing between 10 business days after making the first payment (deposit) and 60 days before the event, you will pay a $280 cancellation fee to cover our expenses.
If you cancel in writing within 30 days before the event, you will pay a cancellation fee equal to the total tuition and room/board for the event. This fee can be applied to any similar event sponsored by Learning Strategies within two years.
To accommodate your special needs, we can adjust the cancellation periods if you request it in writing within the first 10 business days of making a deposit or first payment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your experience at the retreat, you can make a written request within 30 days for a refund of $1000. The non-refundable portion includes your room and board and other expenses of the retreat.
Release
Portions or all of the event may be photographed and/or video/audio taped. You give permission to us to use your voice or likeness with no remuneration.
